Rush 2.0 is our impressively fast-pace cardiovascular focused kickboxing class. Using our standup bags you will blast out variations of power kicks, knees and boxing conditioning drills to start. Then move into your main rounds fighting hard combinations on the bag. Finally you will be encouraged to challenge yourself with the Rush Burnout to finish the workout.
