Anne grew up on the lower mainland and spent her child and teen years both skiing at Whistler
and competitive horseback riding and eventing (the triathlon of riding!). Her interest in fitness
moved more into strength training as a young adult and has evolved since having children.

Focusing on building strength and functional training, making fitness accessible for all levels is
her passion. Striving to always be a learner and expanding her knowledge is part of what keeps
her approach multi faceted. She is here to help you in body, mind and spirit reach your goals
and unleash your potential. Decide if it’s one day or day one. Don’t keep wishing for it!

Anne is getting ready to start her new course to be Certified in Cancer and Exercise Training
and will be working with both cancer patients and survivors.
