Dave Cowie has worked in the fitness industry since 2012, getting his start as an assistant strength and conditioning coach in a sport specific, team training environment. This position allowed him to work alongside, and learn from highly experienced, national level coaches and trainers. Since, Dave has accumulated a wealth of experience working with individuals pushing towards their own performance, aesthetic or lifestyle goals, as well as with teams across a variety of varsity and elite level sports. Whether someone is looking to reach their full athletic potential, peak strength or fitness, or to bridge the gap between injury rehabilitation, and return to full training, Dave can help them reach their respective goals.
