This Endurance Athlete session is a huge 90 minutes of cycling specific sets! This session offers inspirational coaching, fast pace music with a focus on correct pedal stroke and outdoor cycling skills. For athletes that enjoy or race road and triathlon, this session will focus on a variety of different components including speed, cadence, strength, endurance and power output. This session provides longer sets to build endurance also we allow members to bring their own bike and trainer in for a more personalized session over the winter months.
